ANNUAL FEES COMMENCING MARCH 1st
If joining between March 1st and September 1st the appropriate membership fee can be paid in full, or by standing order, with payments spread over 6 months with the first payment in March and the last payment in August.
That said, all SO payments must be completed by 31st Aug, therefore, as an example, if someone joins, or renews, on 1st May then it will be 4 monthly payments of with the shortfall for the first two missing standing orders to be paid in cash
WINTER FEES COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 1st
If joining post August 31st, then a pro rata fee applies.
As examples, starting Oct; 5/12th of full fee is to be paid or joining in December; pay 3/12th.
Please note that no standing order payments are allowed post September and that all pro rata fees must be paid in full on the date of joining.
