Visitors

Further to the announcement made by the Prime Minister on Monday 2nd November and subsequent clarification and appeals we have been advised by England Golf that the St Bees Clubhouse and Golf Course are to be closed from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.

To be clear that means no golf is to be played during that time, not even solo practice rounds, as part of increased national lockdown measures designed to suppress the spread of Covid-19, save lives and protect the NHS. Should the advice change we will update Members and Visitors in due course.

We thank you for your forbearance during these unprecedented times and look forward to Visitors coming back to the golf course to enjoy the obvious physical rewards of playing the game, but perhaps more importantly, the benefits to your  health and wellbeing at a time of disruption to normal life.

Visitors are very welcome to play the course by reserving a Pre-Booked Tee Time.
Visitors wishing to play the course without a member are asked to email info@stbeesgolfclub.co.uk quoting your preferred tee-time, and names and numbers of those wanting to play.
A club official will respond promptly to confirm your tee-booking.
Visitors are reminded that if you do not have a Pre-Booked Tee Time to play the course you are not authorised or insured to play golf and you will be politely asked to leave the course.
Current Visitors Fees are outlined below:
Adults: £15 per round.
Juniors: £10 per round.
Guest playing with a member: £12 per round
Visitors are to make Faster Payments online to:
Account Name: SBGC Course & Machinery A/C
Sort Code: 16-52-21   Account Number: 54247129
If any visitor is unable to make an online payment then they should send an email to info@stbeesgolfclub.co.uk or leave a message on the Club Telephone Answering Machine on 01946 824300
Whether you are a guest of one of our members, a visitor in the area or part of a group we are confident that you will have a fabulous time.
